About the Artist

Founded by Sofia Lenga. She discovered braiding in the Democratic Republic of Congo at age nine.

Trained as a beauty therapist and built her professional craft in Ghana — where she also taught and mentored.

Over fifteen years in. Clients from toddlers to grandmothers in their eighties. Known for the gentle, painless touch.

Currently pursuing her Family & Human Services degree at Brigham Young University–Idaho.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Sofi's Braid, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. We kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policy.
  • ✦If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.
  • ✦Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund of any deposit or prepayment.
  • ✦Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit any deposit or prepayment, and no refund will be issued.
  • ✦Late cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients and our business operations.
